ISEB Foundation Certificate for Programme and Project Support Office
This course provides those working in project and programme support offices with the techniques, processes and supporting infrastructure to enable these centres of excellence to deliver quality services to their customers. Healthy project and programme offices provide a structured environment that is under more control, and leads to benefits to the organisation.
This course is practical and consists of classroom lectures, discussions, individual exercises, group exercises and case study work, it provides delegates the opportunity to become accredited to foundation level of the ISEB certificate in programme and project management.

Association for Project Management (APM)

Association for Project Management Professional (APMP)
This course gives delegates a foundation knowledge of project management from the strategic and commercial viewpoints to the technical, organisational and people management skills required to effectively participate in a project team.
The APMP is awarded by the Associate for Project Management (APM), the UK professional project management association. The course is suited to project managers in any industry or department. The certificate is both nationally and internationally recognised (through the International Project Manager's Association). The syllabus is based on the 5th edition of the APM Body of Knowledge (supplied prior to the course).
The exam is not sat on the course and may be booked separately. It is practical and consists of classroom lectures, discussions, individual exercises, group exercises and sample examination papers.
Association for Project Management (APM) Introductory Certificate in Project Management
This course gives delegates an introductory knowledge of project management. It is suited to people who wish to know the basics of organisational and people management skills required to effectively participate in a project team.
The APM Introductory Certificate in Project Management is awarded by the Association for Project Management (APM), the UK professional project management association. The syllabus is based on the 5th edition of the APM Body of Knowledge (not required for this course).
The course is suited to those who have had no formal introduction or experience in project management. The exam is sat at the end of the course. It is practical and consists of classroom lectures, discussions, individual exercises, group exercises and sample examination papers. The course was developed in association with the Department for Education and Skills (DfES).
