Scott Spence
Scott is an acclaimed PRINCE2 project management trainer and author, with over 10 years project management experience. Scott has an advanced understanding of all facets of the PRINCE2 methodology, from advising on processes and components of PRINCE2, to training staff and stakeholders in the methodology, to implementation.
Scott has taught PRINCE2 at all levels from introductory, through Executive Overviews to those wishing to become PRINCE2 trainers. John Comninos is a practice leader, consultant and trainer in the areas of project, programme and portfolio management. He has developed and contributed to the implementation of project management methodologies and their frameworks and governance processes across numerous organisations.
John has worked and trained in South Africa, the UK, New Zealand and Australia managing many complex IT, software, manufacturing engineering and business focussed projects. John continues to lead the Brisbane office in Australia.
Atul Choudrie
Atul Choudrie has extensive project management and consulting skills that have been applied across several industries and markets. Atul manages the aspects of change management, process improvement, technology and business strategy to create value added solutions. He has broad experience in Australia, UK and New Zealand.
Atul has over 7 years commercial experience, working alongside Big 4 consulting firms during these seven years.
Most recently Atul has held project / change management roles on large, complex assignments within the financial and transportation industries. Atul has experience in full life-cycle solution development and delivery and has led projects covering strategy, process design, custom development, package implementation, change implementation, training and human resource development.
