ITIL Manager v2 to v3 Diploma

This is a five day course covering the differences between ITIL version 2 and version 3 for CIOs, IT Managers and other IT professionals

This qualification will bridge the gap between the ITIL Manager’s Certificate in IT Service Management (ITIL version 2) and the ITIL Diploma in IT Service Management (ITIL version 3).

This course is only intended for those holding a valid ITIL Manager’s Certificate in IT Service Management from ITIL versions 1 or 2.

This course will be withdrawn when demand falls, so if you intend to take advantage of the course it is advisable to schedule it sooner rather than later.
